It is the largest location in Cà ‘d Calinand can accommodate up to five people. It includes a delightful kitchen complete with coffee machine and kettle, it is ideal for families or groups of friends.

It is spread over two floors, one of which is a mezzanine. Climbing a few steps, the space opens onto the large dining room which leads to the balcony which offers a breathtaking view of the hills surrounding the Borgo di Serralunga d’Alba. From here you enter the kitchen, with a lovely balcony overlooking the Castle. Upstairs there is a comfortable bathroom and the sleeping area.
